Spanish Language School in Denia, Spain
Different types of accommodation can be arranged, and the options are homestays, shared and private apartments, hotel, and hostel accommodation. Nearly all of these options are near the school, which will make your daily commute very easy!
Accommodation is arranged starting one day before your classes commence (Sunday) and ending one day after you course concludes (Saturday), but you can certainly request additional nights of accommodation for an additional fee.
Homestay
Living with a family can be very interesting. It allows you to get to know the Spanish way of life within the home, the customs, the food, ways of enjoying yourself and, above all, you can practice Spanish out of the classroom! You are just another member of the family. The homestay program offers single and double bedrooms, and the option of having half board (breakfast and dinner daily), or full board.
Host homes are very conveniently located, no further than 15 minutes away from the school!
Shared Apartments
This is the most independent option. You have your own room and share all the communal areas: the sitting room, the kitchen, the bathroom, etc. Students staying at the flats have different nationalities, offering you the opportunity to meet people from the world over, and practice your Spanish. Shared apartments are fully furnished, and each guest is responsible for cleaning.
Private Apartments by the beach
Perfect to enjoy a beach Holiday, apartments are located on Las Marinas, one of the best beaches in Denia. The available options are studios, and flats with 1 and 2 bedrooms. Studios are small rooms with a bathroom and a place to cook, and the apartments are more spacious, fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. The apartments have a common swimming pool where you can relax after classes every day.
Apartments are located about 35 minutes away from the school, within easy access to the bus that will bring you to school.
Hotels & Hostels
Hotel Chamarel is a charming Hotel in a 19th century building, in the historical centre and close to the beach (10 min walk). With a unique colonial decoration and original pictures throughout the Hotel, you can feel the charm of the Chamarel essence, the history and "the way of life" in Denia. (Vat included) Price per room and per week (6 nights).
The Hostel Loreto stands in the historic centre of Dénia and 5 minutes walking distance to the school. It was formerly a nunnery and was built by the Marques del Campo about 450 years ago. It is 800 metres from the beach and has 43 recently renovated rooms all with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, safe and en-suite bathrooms. It is a good option for young people, who are looking for good value accommodation.
Private Apartments within the city
If you would prefer having the comfort of your own apartment, but would prefer staying within the city, we have other apartment options available.

Things to consider regarding accommodation
Students are expected to be respectful of rules by the host families, guest house, apartments for private use and shared flat administrator. If there is damage, the student must pay the corresponding amount. Please keep communal areas clean (hall, bathroom, living room, and kitchen). Use electricity and water responsibly, and respect the times for siesta (3-5pm) and sleep (12-8 am).
