Accommodation in Playa del Carmen
Student Residence
This student residence has 22 bedrooms, each with twin beds and a private bathroom. Each bedroom also has a desk, T.V., ceiling fans, air-conditioning and a small fridge.
Along with your accommodation you can opt to have your daily breakfast, or breakfast plus an evening meal, served at the residence itself. You can also choose to not have any meals at all in which case you can use the residence's fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own.
The residence is located in a quiet street in the center of Playa del Carmen, beside the town's main church and within a 3 minute walk from the school and the beach.

Homestay
Mexican host families are carefully chosen, and almost all of them have hosted international students for many years. Though most only speak Spanish, they will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and help you practice!
Host homes are located within 20 minutes walking distance to the school, and a few at a 15-20 minute ride by public transportation. A typical house or apartment will have a living room/dining room, a kitchen and bathroom and 3 or 4 bedrooms. Host homes do not have air conditioning, but fans are made available to student guests in most cases.
Families will provide a single (or double if traveling with a companion) comfortably furnished bedroom with adequate lighting and a desk or table for homework assignments, weekly change of sheets and towels, a door key so students can come and go as they please; and the commitment to treat students as friendly and hospitably as possible! A daily bath or shower will also be made available, as well as a substantial meal plan (continental breakfast, and dinner) – if chosen.

Campus Apartments
Campus apartments are available, which students can rent as single or shared with other students. Each student gets a private room or double if they are traveling with a companion. The apartment accommodation does not include meals or laundry service, but these are cleaned every day and sheets and linen are replaced once per week.
Studio apartment: Available for exclusive use of one person, or two if traveling with a companion. The apartment includes two double beds, air conditioning, Cable TV, kitchenette, private bathroom, and access to a large roof terrace.
Two-bedroom: This large, fully furnished apartment has 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room/living room, balconies onto the street, A/C and cable TV. It can be rented as single, or you can rent one of the rooms if you wish to share with another student (each room has its private bathroom, TV, and air condition unit).
