Easy Enrollment

Who says going abroad is laborious? It’s as easy as a, b, c:

A) There are three ways to enroll:

1) submit an application through our secure link!
2) mail an enrollment form to our mailing address or,
3) enroll over the phone through one of our TOLL FREE numbers.

We require receiving your enrollment form with at least one week of anticipation of your initiation date. If you do not have your arrival information when you submit your enrollment form, there is no problem. We only require you provide us with your arrival information at least 2 days prior to your arrival in order to schedule an airport pick up service. When submitting applications for a group of friends or a university group, you must specify the name of the group on the comments area of the enrollment form so that we may identify them. Through the enrollment form you will be covering your tuition deposit with a credit card (Visa, MC, or AMEX), you may also send us a bank transfer or cashiers' check.

If you decide to stay at a hotel, we will confirm your reservation within 24 hours of receiving your enrollment form. If you select to stay with a host family, we will provide you with their detailed information one week prior to your arrival.

B) When you arrive at Guadalajara’s international airport you may proceed directly to your accommodations. If you are taking advantage of our airport pick up service then, once you have gone through baggage claim and customs, please proceed to the exit with the printed taxi voucher we will e-mail you. It is imperative that you print this voucher and have it with you before entering the taxi. You will approach any of the taxis detailed on the voucher and present the driver with it. He will then proceed to take you directly to your accommodations.

C) On the first day of classes, one of your host family members will bring you to school to show you the way on public transportation, they will also come pick you up after class to show you the way back home. If you are staying at a hotel, the personnel at the reception desk will gladly give you directions on how to get to our school. All hotels we recommend on our website are within a 2 to 15 minute walk from our school. The remainder of tuition and other fees are payable on the first day of classes. For your first day of classes you will be asked to arrive at 8:00 AM for an orientation talk and oral placement evaluation. For all other days of your immersion program you will be starting classes at 9:00 AM.

On the last day of classes we will provide you with a certificate that specifies the number of hours you studied with us and the level of Spanish you acquired. We may also provide you with assistance on scheduling a taxi to the airport or bus terminal for your trip back home or next destination. It simply does not get any easier than that!
